We were a group of 8 and had an amazing stay. The property is very good and well maintained. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and badminton court. The staff was extremely polite and cooperative throughout. A special mention to caretaker sanjay who was absolutely very nice and always ready to help. The watchman was a nice person who just made us felt safe throughout the stay. Highly recommended..!

It's A Good 4 BHK Villa With All Facilities For A Group Or Joint Family Very Cleanly Maintained And They Have A Pool Table To Pass Your Time. To maintain a peaceful environment, loud music, fireworks, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

No large/mini buses or Tempo Traveller are allowed to enter/park at our villas.

Personal Staff ( eg. drivers, cooks.) are not permitted to stay/sleep inside the villa unless prior paid arrangements are made.

Outsourced chefs must be accompanied by their own dishwashing and service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Valuables & personal belongings - The management cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Please use the digital locker & secure all doors/windows.

Directions to PHASE 6

From the airport or train station, ask your taxi driver to take you to the Calangute–Baga Road, North Goa.

Villa Calangute – Phase 6 is located just behind Navtara Restaurant, take the lane between Soya Thai Spa and Punjabi Kitchen Restaurant. Follow the road round. The property is on the right-hand side of the road, directly opposite Wayne's Guesthouse.

You will see a 'Villa Calangute Phase 6' signboard outside the entrance, and the main gate is marked with two lion statues, making it easy to identify.
