LOVELY STAY AND VERY CORDIAL STAFF! They kept the fridge stocked all the time for my regular caffeine intake! And oh my god the food service for was absolutely phenomenal! The mutton was better than the best :) Be sure to go there!....

The location is just perfect, if you looking for a perfect holiday destination than this it. The villa we stayed at was exquisite, the rooms were so spacious and bright. Every furniture in the lobby have a story of their own and quite impressive interiors . The staff were friendly and so were the owners. Recommended for a family holiday, we really enjoyed our stay.

Best place for corporate parties and large groups. Amazing place to stay and had a very good time here. From corporate meetings to party at pool was super. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel staff is super helpful and available round the clock. Will recommend to others too and definetly booking this for the next tour de Goa..

The attractively furnished 27 family-friendly rooms at the Villa Calangute resort can accommodate up to 81 guests when booked for triple occupancy. There are seven twin beds that can join to form a king if necessary, in addition to twenty king-size beds.

The bathrooms have been thoughtfully designed with features like huge granite counters, modern amenities, some with rain showers, open to sky bathroom, light up mirrors and bathtubs. All bathrooms are en suite and tastefully decorated

KITCHEN, AC LIVING & AC DINING ROOM

You can also savor the delights of a private family dining experience with your own personal chef to cater for everyone’s tastes whether fine dining or classic home-style favorites. There is an indoor commercial kitchen (phase 17) only which is exclusively used by our in-house 'Private Chef' - who is well versed in Indian, Jain, Chinese and Continental cookingand cannot be used by the general public/guests as it has commercial burners. We understand guests may wish to cook their own food at the premises so for this reason we have kept an outdoor kitchen with 4 burners with basic utensils for guests to use for no extra cost. In addition, tea/coffee along with a kettle, fridge, toaster and microwave are kept in the living room area along with cutlery, crockery and Beer/ wine/ whiskey/ water glasses.

GARDEN / GAZEBO

The gated property is a perfect location for evening poolside BBQs because of its large lawn and secure entry. The grounds are immaculately maintained, as are the surrounding gardens. The charming garden has been expertly designed and kept up. On the roomy lawn, your gang can play basketball, badminton, or archery with lots of space. People can relax or swim around the pool on the sun loungers that surround it. In the rear of the villa, there is a separate 10 x 6 m gazebo where your buddies can opt to eat outside. High chairs are provided free of charge if any are available. With sunny days and balmy nights, destinations such as Goa are incredible for al fresco dining. There’s something magical about a family dinner by the pool, looking out to incredible views from your private villa.

2 AC Party Rooms

You might organize your own pub crawl by renting out both party rooms. There is a tropical theme in one party space and an industrial motif in another. Features include booth seating, wall murals, custom neon lights, a dance floor section, a stage, and excellent lighting. For INR 7000 per night, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m., you can reserve each party room. You can order beverages and have your very own DJ. The only people who can use this party space are those who are staying at the villa.

2 PRIVATE SWIMMING POOLS

If the rigors of the beach prove too much, your own exclusively private swimming pool, with a kid's pool and sun loungers are on hand at Phase 17. The delightful swimming pool has a safe beach style entry and is complemented by two Elephant Showers which spout water from their trunks into the swimming pool allowing you to cool off after basking in the sun. The 12 x 5 meter swimming pool has an attached 3 x 4 meter kid’s pool and 4 x 2m Jacuzzi with overflowing waterfall, great for a back massage. The second pool is shared by Phase 11 and Phase 12. Pool towels are provided. The dilemma is whether to hang around the pool or take a 10 minute walk to the sea and beach!

HOUSEKEEPING

Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours which consists of thoroughly cleaning the whole villa. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided and changed twice a week.

Security

Each guest room has a digital safe to keep your valuables secure. The property is gated and has a night time security guard that patrols the area. The external grounds of the accommodation are monitored by CCTV surveillance offering you additional security. The resort has additional safety and security features such as fire extinguishers, railings around balconies, outdoor lighting and a First Aid kit for those unexpected small cuts and scrapes. We want to make you feel safe and sound, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay. Parking is available onsite.

Directions to Phase 11 and Phase 12 and Phase 17

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Calangute, North Goa. As you enter Calangute via Chogm Road, you will see St. Alex Church at the roundabout. At the roundabout take the 1st exit on the left, you will pass by Royal Kaju House (on the right), then 1st left again, you will pass Akal Shawls on the left-hand side. Continue down the road until you reach DITOSA circle. Stop there and on the left hand side is Villa Calangute Phase 10 followed by Villa Calangute Phase 17, 11 and 12. Villa Calangute Phase 13 and 14 are next door to Villa Calangute Phase 10. Villa Calangute Phase 11 is behind Phase 12.

Alternatively if you are coming from Nerul side, you can also come to Decathalon (well-known landmark) and take the 1st right at Babutes Supermarket, continue straight down the road until you reach Ditosa Circle.
