OPTION 1 - Do it Youself Concept

These are Self Catered Villas. The kitchen is well equipped with pressure cook, Chapatti roller, pans, utensils, gas, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, etc. Its like your house where no extra cost applicable. Need someone to wash the utensils & kitchen after you have cooked than please ask the housekeepers during thier working hours -- no extra cost applicable.

Anyone travelling in large groups we always recommend you to bring your own cook along.

OPTION 2 - Order from Restaurants Just Near You

Within 1 minute walking distance from any villas of ours you will find restaurants. We have tie up with number of restaurants where some of their menu cards are kept at our villas. You order food over the phone and they deliver it to you at the villa. Ask our Manager on duty to give you the menu card of the nearby restaurant and ensure its delivered warm and quickly at the time you opt for.

OPTION 3 - Swiggy or Zomato

Wide Range of dishes at your finger tips. Order food & beverages online from restaurants near & around you. Most popular VEG or NOV-VEG restaurants are on SWIGGY/Zomato. Plates, cutlery, crockery and glasses are all provided at our premises.

OPTION 4 - Just Cooking without service person/helper (veg/non-veg)

Food preparation is a variable cost depending on your taste buds and the type of dishes/cuisine your group would like to opt for. We do not know if you want platted/Buffet or Veg/Non-Veg hence we cannot give you a quote.

We can only quote is a fixed labor cost which does not change. In this option you only pay the labor or service cost to the cook who prepare food and leaves (no service/helper included). The Cook ensure all items, ingredients, vegetables, spices, non-veg, etc are purchased from the local supermarket and bills are given to you where applicable on the same day. Breakfast is from 8am to 10am, Lunch is from 12pm to 2pm and Dinner from is 8pm to 10pm. The Cook will only do the cooking and may be accompanied by a helper based on the size of your group.

OPTION 5 - Get Everything done by a Professional Chef who will come with a helper + service person/dishwasher .

We can provide you a professional Chef well versed with Indian, Jain, Chinese and Continental cooking for 15 or 40 adults.

The Chef will come along with a helper/s and provide you their services from 8am to 10pm (15 hour keep in mind) having 2 hour break after lunch. The Chef will ensure all items, ingredients, vegetables, spices, non-veg, etc are purchased from the local supermarket and bills are given to you where applicable.

The cost will vary based on the group size. Ex if the entire group opts for the same dish the prices will be resonable. You will need to disucss this prices with the cook/chef direclty

How It works :

1 Call/Whatsapp office to block your private chef at the time of booking the villa for your desired dates and meals (BF/Lunch/Dinner/High Tea). Last-minute/walking guest Chef requests will only be accommodated based on availability by Office. Managers on site are not empowered to organize chef Services.

2 Office will check availability, give you the correct costing for the dates requested & assign you Chef's phone number to discuss with them the type of dishes, cuisine, and any allergies before paying for their services.

3 Once comfortable with the costing & chef assigned, 100% payment must be done directly to the chef which is strictly non-refundable. This is for Chef's labor cost only. Ingredients cost is per actual market value. Once the chef receives the full payment the office will then confirm via email the Chefs services for you at your villa.

4 On arrival at the villa, the chef will come over to meet you and collect advance to procure ingredients.

Terms and Condition :

1. Guests are kindly requested to adhere to the meal timings for an orderly service e.g. Breakfast is from 8am to 10am, Lunch is from 12pm to 2pm, High Tea is 3pm to 5pm and Dinner from is 8pm to 10pm. Not applicable for OPTION 5. We do not provide Brunch.

2. Children above 4 years will be included in the headcount.

3. The chef takes responsibility to ensure all ingredients are purchased fresh from the market, keeps the kitchen clean between 9am to 6pm only and will ensure ingredient bills are given to you. If the cook prepares food at 7pm and you have your dinner at 9pm, all utensils will be cleaned the next day.

4. Once full payment is done to the Chef account. No refund will be issued for a change of dates or cancellation as this is a unique service provided based on their time slot.

5. Any last-minute/walking guest Chef requests will only be accommodated based on availability. Full payment of all days requested needs to be paid on the first day itself then only their service will be confirmed by the office. These are highly skilled professionals Chef and every hour is important to them. Any extra hours after 10pm are chargeable and subject to availability and based on extra staff needed.

6. Drinks/Alcohol are not part of our service. You can purchase your own at your own cost.

7. Price is non-negotiable and non-refundable - Villa Calangute Office provides this unique service to our Customers in terms on booking a chef services, checking their availability, communicating and explaining how their service work. The costing is based on time spent by the cook in the kitchen along with a helper + going to the market number of time to procure the food items, electricity, gas, water, soil tanker, use of pristine condition utensils at all villas and rental for use of the villa premises which are expenses borne by the cook. Hence the above costing. Alternatively you are given 3 other options to choose from.

8. Based on the group size the Chef will organise his team (helper/dishwasher or additional cook for large groups) and ensure he provides you a timely service.

9. For unforeseen circumstances if the chef/cook is sick and we can't get a replacement, we are sorry and will have to cancel the cooking. The chef/cook will issue you a refund of the cooking amount paid to him/her.
