4 AC Bedrooms

The AC bedrooms are a feast for the eyes and designed to maximise exposure to light, with large windows, some providing a 180° view of the garden. There are 3 King Sized beds and 1 twin bedroom. Each item in the bedroom has been hand-picked and equipped with Assured Amenities to ensure all your home comforts are met and exceeded. The crisp lines showcase many natural elements such as the rustic flooring, wooden headboards and stone effect walls. The gigantic master bedroom gives you an uninterrupted view of Goa’s tropical paradise.

4 Bathrooms

All bathrooms are en-suite and features large windows allowing maximum sunlight to penetrate through and highlight the beautiful stone effect rustic tiles that are synonymous with Bali. Every faucet and basin is different in each bathroom. The niches add an additional touch of class. Two of the bathrooms have the signature pebbles effect floors. The bathrooms are luxurious, with quality Kohler fittings, large vanity counter, His and Her sinks. Two of the bathrooms have bathtubs with a rain shower and separate hand shower.

Kitchen

We would like to invite you into our world - where you can enjoy better vacations, connect with family and friends, and live life's best moments. The kitchen is great for families where mum and dad can stand in the kitchen and still watch kids around the swimming pool, or everyone sits outside and the barbecue area becomes the new kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of crockery and utensils and other appliances such as a fridge, freezer, washing machine and kettle to name a few.

AC Living Room

After stepping through the beautifully, antique style entrance doors, the delights unfold before you. The open plan living is set into zones e.g. living, dining, garden, kitchen, and Zen garden which all work independently yet when amalgamated makes for a spectacular living space. The Zen Garden imitates the intimate essence of nature by using natural elements to bring the outside, inside and providing a great place for relaxation and meditation. In the dining area, gather around the rare teak dining table while you dine on Indian meals and enjoy great conversation. Sit at the dining table or stretch out on the huge teak bench under the gentle breeze of the ceiling fans it’s your holiday you make the choices.

AC Party Room

The new PARTY ROOM with Bluetooth tower Speakers on the top floor is a great space for a private party with its own private bar, Bluetooth tower speaker, a dance floor area, stage, great lighting system, booth seating, wall murals and bespoke neon lighting. You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 8pm to 4am for any one night of your choice. You can get your own DJ and drinks too. This party room is for exclusive use of the guests staying at the villa.

Large DJ speakers are strictly not permitted for use near the swimming pool area at any time and music will be stopped by security staff.

SHARED SWIMMING POOL

Chill out in the intimate Swimming pool, which is 9 meters by 4 meters with 4 meters by 2 meters kid's pool. The dilemma is whether to hang around the pool or take a 12 minute walk to the sea and beach! Pool timing is from 8am to 8pm. The pool and garden area is shared with Phase 12 villa, the adjacent villa.

Housekeeping & Cooking

Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours which consists of thoroughly cleaning the whole villa. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided and changed twice a week. We have provided you with a self catered villa with cooking facilities but no meals.

We can provide you a professional chef well versed with Indian, Jain, Chinese and Continental cooking for an additional cost. A Chef must be booked at the time of doing the villa reservation. The Chef takes responsibility to ensure that all items, ingredients, vegetables, spices, non-veg, etc are purchased from the local supermarket and bills are given to you where applicable.

Security

Each villa has a digital safe to keep your valuables secure. The large villa is gated and has a night time security guard that patrols the area. The external grounds of the accommodation are monitored by CCTV surveillance offering you additional security. The villa has additional safety and security features such as fire extinguishers, railings around balconies, outdoor lighting and a First Aid kit for those unexpected small cuts and scrapes. We want to make you feel safe and sound, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay. Parking is available onsite.

To maintain a peaceful environment, loud music, fireworks, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

No large/mini buses or Tempo Traveller are allowed to enter/park at our villas.

Personal Staff ( eg. drivers, cooks.) are not permitted to stay/sleep inside the villa unless prior paid arrangements are made.

Outsourced chefs must be accompanied by their own dishwashing and service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Valuables & personal belongings - The management cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Please use the digital locker & secure all doors/windows.

Directions to PHASE 11

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Calangute, North Goa. As you enter Calangute via Chogm Road, you will see St. Alex Church at the roundabout. At the roundabout take the 1st exit on the left, you will pass by Royal Kaju House (on the right), then 1st left again, you will pass Akal Shawls on the left-hand side. Continue down the road until you reach Ditosa junction. Stop there and on the left hand side is Villa Calangute Phase 10 followed by Villa Calangute Phase 17, 11 and 12. Villa Calangute Phase 13 and 14 are next door to Villa Calangute Phase 10. Villa Calangute Phase 11 is behind Phase 12.

Alternatively if you are coming from Nerul side, you can also come to Decathalon (well-known landmark) and take the 1st right at Babutes Supermarket, continue straight down the road until you reach Ditosa Circle.
