9 AC Bedrooms

The Tuscan style property has been designed with large families in mind, with 9 chic bedrooms that can accommodate up to 30 guests. Each air conditioned bedroom is self-contained and uniquely decorated and features an en suite bathroom thus providing a degree of privacy. Out of the 9 bedrooms, 2 have super king size beds, 2 bedrooms are king size and 5 bedrooms have two single beds, which can be converted to king beds. 18 people can sleep in the beds and up to 12 extra mattresses can be provided. Each bedroom and bathroom has a different theme providing an element of surprise. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, 4 on the 1st floor and 3 on the 2nd floor.

9 Bathrooms

All 9 bathrooms are en suite and are designed towards a luxury experience with top-of-the-line amenities. The furnishings, Kohler fittings and finishes are reminiscent of a boutique hotel, where the details are all orientated towards pure quality and seamless enjoyment, any time of day. Some of the statement pieces include large granite counters, his and hers Taps, and bath tubs with rain showers. 3 of the 9 bathrooms have bathtubs. The honeymoon suite features only a glass separating the bathroom from the bedroom.

Kitchen

The striking open plan modern kitchen provides a haven to cook. The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, toaster, microwave, over the counter 5 ring gas stove, extractor, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The mood lighting creates a pleasant atmosphere to create some delicious meals which can be enjoyed at the adjacent 16 seater dining table.

AC Living Room

Wide glass French doors open from the deck to the air conditioned living room and provides easy access to the swimming pool. This influx or air creates a cross ventilation and for the whole area to be lit up by natural warning light. The living room features a home entertainment centre with TV, DVD player and Tata Sky. The living room is the hub of the property and interconnects to the dining room, kitchen and staircase. With so many options to cater to your every whim, the concept of indoor and outdoor living comes to a crescendo at this bijou villa.

Garden

Revel in Goa’s warm climate on the wrap around balcony which overlooks the pool. The garden includes lounging and dining areas and a barbecue area. The modern approach of the materials featured throughout this holiday home blend with the surrounding nature where beautiful stone work retains the Tuscan vibe. The garden features a pergola with rainbow drapes injecting a bit of colour to the predominately white and brown facade.

Private Swimming Pool

Housekeeping & Cooking

Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours which consists of thoroughly cleaning the whole villa. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided and changed twice a week. We have provided you with a self catered villa with cooking facilities but no meals.

We can provide you a professional chef well versed with Indian, Jain, Chinese and Continental cooking for an additional cost. A Chef must be booked at the time of doing the villa reservation. The Chef takes responsibility to ensure that all items, ingredients, vegetables, spices, non-veg, etc are purchased from the local supermarket and bills are given to you where applicable.

Security

Each villa has a digital safe to keep your valuables secure. The large villa is gated and has a night time security guard that patrols the area. The external grounds of the accommodation are monitored by CCTV surveillance offering you additional security. The villa has additional safety and security features such as fire extinguishers, railings around balconies, outdoor lighting and a First Aid kit for those unexpected small cuts and scrapes. We want to make you feel safe and sound, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay. Parking is available onsite.

STRICT QUIET HOURS – 9:00 PM ONWARDS. To maintain a peaceful environment, loud music, drums, fireworks, and any excessive noise are strictly prohibited from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Our neighbours include senior citizens, and we respect their rest and health after 9:00 PM. Please note that the High Court’s regulations on noise pollution in Goa are extremely strict for business premises. Any violation will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and immediate eviction.

Hosting events (e.g., weddings, anniversaries, DJ nights, or similar) requires prior government approvals. Please note that the INR 40,000 security deposit will be forfeited if any noise violations occur after 9:00 PM. Kindly contact us in advance for guidance and assistance.

No large/mini buses or Tempo Traveller are allowed to enter/park at our villas.

Personal Staff ( eg. drivers, cooks.) are not permitted to stay/sleep inside the villa unless prior paid arrangements are made.

Outsourced chefs must be accompanied by their own dishwashing and service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Valuables & personal belongings - The management cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Please use the digital locker & secure all doors/windows.

Directions to PHASE 10

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Calangute, North Goa. As you enter Calangute via Chogm Road, you will see St. Alex Church at the roundabout. At the roundabout take the 1st exit on the left, you will pass by Royal Kaju House (on the right), then 1st left again, you will pass Akal Shawls on the left-hand side. Continue down the road until you reach Ditosa junction. Stop there and on the left hand side is Villa Calangute Phase 10 followed by Villa Calangute Phase 17, 11 and 12. Villa Calangute Phase 13 and 14 are next door to Villa Calangute Phase 10. Villa Calangute Phase 11 is behind Phase 12.

Alternatively if you are coming from Nerul side, you can also come to Decathalon (well-known landmark) and take the 1st right at Babutes Supermarket, continue straight down the road until you reach Ditosa Circle.
