3 AC Bedrooms

Almost all-white inside it’s clean, tidy and practical, with two king size beds, one queen size bed and 3 extra mattresses upon request. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have a balcony or extra-large veranda.

3.5 Bathrooms

The blue master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The pink bedroom has a bathroom adjacent to it. The green bedroom has an en-suite half bathroom (a bathroom without a shower). In addition to the 3 bathrooms, there is an extra bathroom on the ground floor.

Kitchen

Minimalist, clean lines but equipt with everything that a self-catered villa would need with a granite worktops and fitted cupboards. The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, and microwave, washing machine, 2 ring gas burner cooking system, cooking utensils, glassware, crockery and cutlery.

Living Room

An open-plan dining and living room provides a comfortable space for friends and family to sit back and enjoy each other's company. The living room has a 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. Television with Tata Sky are provided. The dining area is suitable for 6 people.

Garden

The whole villa is immaculately kept as are the surrounding garden which spans from the front to the back of the property. The charming garden is very pretty and well-tended. The large lawn area provides lots of space to run around or just sit back and relax. Parking is gated and provided within the grounds.

Housekeeping & Cooking

Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours which consists of thoroughly cleaning the whole villa. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided and changed twice a week. We have provided you with a self catered villa with cooking facilities but no meals.

We can provide you a professional chef well versed with Indian, Jain, Chinese and Continental cooking for an additional cost. A Chef must be booked at the time of doing the villa reservation. The Chef takes responsibility to ensure that all items, ingredients, vegetables, spices, non-veg, etc are purchased from the local supermarket and bills are given to you where applicable.

Security

Each villa has a digital safe to keep your valuables secure. The external grounds of the villa are monitored by CCTV surveillance offering you additional security. The villa has additional safety and security features such as fire extinguishers, railings around balconies, outdoor lighting and a First Aid kit for those unexpected small cuts and scrapes. Parking is gated and provided within the grounds. We want to make you feel safe and sound, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay.

Swimming pool

Sorry this villa does not have access to swimming pool since the beach is less than 2 minutes walk away. Alternatively, you can request to use the swimming pool at the neighbouring Sonesta Inn hotel, past guests have used this facility but we do not have a tie up with them so it’s up to their management’s discretion.

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Candolim, North Goa. There is a well-known restaurant called Bob's Inn or Hotel called Le Seasons Beach Resort. Take the road opposite these 2 landmarks, this road will take you to Candolim beach. Follow the road round and there is a signpost for Sonesta Inns Resort. No Smoking inside the villa.

To maintain a peaceful environment, loud music, fireworks, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

No large/mini buses or Tempo Traveller are allowed to enter/park at our villas.

Personal Staff ( eg. drivers, cooks.) are not permitted to stay/sleep inside the villa unless prior paid arrangements are made.

Outsourced chefs must be accompanied by their own dishwashing and service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
