7 AC Bedrooms

The mood lighting creates a relaxing atmosphere in this elegantly furnished 7 AC bedrooms, 7 en-suite bathrooms villa. There are 3 master bedrooms each with a King sized bed, 1 bedroom has 3 single beds and 3 bedrooms have zip and link twin beds which can be joined to make a double bed. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor so are ideal for people with particular mobility requirements. Upstairs there are four large bedrooms, with French windows that lead onto the gallery where you can enjoy lovely views of the garden. All your comforts have been thought about with both day and night curtains, meshed insect blinds, international plug sockets and walk in wardrobes. A travel cot is available upon request. The bedrooms are 5 meters by 5.40 meters- the largest you will find in any five star hotels in Calangute

7 Bathrooms

Each en-suite bathroom has understated elegant interiors furnished with a hand basin, large counter, vanity mirror, western style WC, towel rack, health faucet and shower with hot and cold water. Two of the bathrooms have a bath tub. The two honeymoon suites have the bedroom and bathroom separated by a transparent glass, don't worry if you want additional privacy you can always close the blind. The solar system provides 24 hours of HOT/COLD water.

Kitchen

The interior is spacious, open plan and modern, exuding subtle and sophisticated elegance. The smart contemporary kitchen is a great asset for guests looking for self-sufficiency. It offers everything that a self-catered villa would need with clean granite worktops and fitted cupboards. The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, 4 ring gas hob, R/O water filter, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Living Room

The contemporary open plan living and dining area is spacious with a well-designed interior with two sets of windows overlooking the terrace, pool and garden. The large sofas in the living room offer seating for all guests, to watch T.V whilst relaxing with a coffee in hand. The living room features a 46" LCD TV with HD Tata Sky Mega Package and DVD player. The beautiful dining table hosts comfortable seating for 14 people. A high chair is available free of charge, subject to availability. Enjoy the charming private sit out area with a vista of the swimming pool and enjoy Al fresco dining. The extensive collection of art and sculptures add to its charm as an ideal getaway.

AC Party Room

The new PARTY ROOM with Bluetooth tower Speakers on the top floor is a great space for a private party with its own private bar, Bluetooth tower speaker, a dance floor area, stage, great lighting system, booth seating, wall murals and bespoke neon lighting. You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 8pm to 4am for any one night of your choice. You can get your own DJ and drinks too. This party room is for exclusive use of the guests staying at the villa.

Large DJ speakers are strictly not permitted for use near the swimming pool area at any time and music will be stopped by security staff.

Private Swimming Pool

If the rigors of the beach prove too much, your own exclusively private swimming pool, with kid's pool and sun loungers are on hand. The delightful swimming pool has a safe beach style entry and is complemented by a two Elephant Showers which spout water from their trunks into the swimming pool allowing you to cool off after basking in the sun. The 9 x 4 meter swimming pool has an attached 2 x 4 kid's pool and 4 x 2m Jacuzzi with overflowing waterfall, great for a back massage. Pool towels are provided. The dilemma is whether to hang around the pool or take a 2 minute walk to the sea and beach!

Housekeeping & Cooking

Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours which consists of thoroughly cleaning the whole villa. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided and changed twice a week. We have provided you with a self catered villa with cooking facilities but no meals.

We can provide you a professional chef well versed with Indian, Jain, Chinese and Continental cooking for an additional cost. A Chef must be booked at the time of doing the villa reservation. The Chef takes responsibility to ensure that all items, ingredients, vegetables, spices, non-veg, etc are purchased from the local supermarket and bills are given to you where applicable.

Security

The high compound wall offers a degree of privacy as well as a peaceful retreat. Each swimming pool villa has a digital safe to keep your valuables secure. The private swimming pool villa is gated and has a night time security guard that patrols the area. The external grounds of the villa are monitored by CCTV surveillance offering you additional security. The villa has additional safety and security features such as fire extinguishers, railings around balconies, outdoor lighting and a First Aid kit for those unexpected small cuts and scrapes. We want to make you feel safe and sound, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay.

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Calangute, North Goa. Take the road towards Kamat Holiday Homes Resort Phase 1, continue down the road until you pass Baskin-Robbins on the right hand side. You will see a travel kiosk called Day Trippers and Decathlon Sports Mall on the left hand side, take a right turn here to Holiday Street, the road is leading to Hotel Goan Heritage. Once you drive down Holiday Street phase 5 is on the right hand side of the road, you will see our signage outside. We are located bang opposite Nordest Lemonmint Beach Resort.

STRICT QUIET HOURS – 9:00 PM ONWARDS. To maintain a peaceful environment, loud music, drums, fireworks, and any excessive noise are strictly prohibited from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Our neighbours include senior citizens, and we respect their rest and health after 9:00 PM. Please note that the High Court’s regulations on noise pollution in Goa are extremely strict for business premises. Any violation will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and immediate eviction.

Hosting events (e.g., weddings, anniversaries, DJ nights, or similar) requires prior government approvals. Please note that the INR 40,000 security deposit will be forfeited if any noise violations occur after 9:00 PM. Kindly contact us in advance for guidance and assistance.

No large/mini buses or Tempo Traveller are allowed to enter/park at our villas.

Personal Staff ( eg. drivers, cooks.) are not permitted to stay/sleep inside the villa unless prior paid arrangements are made.

Outsourced chefs must be accompanied by their own dishwashing and service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Valuables & personal belongings - The management cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Please use the digital locker & secure all doors/windows.
