3 AC Bedrooms

This family villa comfortably accommodates 9 people, within 3 AC bedrooms. Upstairs there are two twin bedrooms that can come together as a double. You have two terraces to choose from on the first floor, one small one at the back of the property, which is great for shade and cooling off, and a larger one in the front of the villa, which has stunning views of the pool and is a lovely, quiet spot for catching some rays. On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. Three extra mattresses are available upon request. All your comforts have been thought about with meshed insect blinds, international plug sockets, ceiling fans, seating, wardrobes, mirrors and bedside tables.

2 Bathrooms

This family villa features 2 luxurious modern bathrooms with ceramic tiles on the walls and floor giving the space added panache. The open design provides a more integrated space and allows for easy access. Features include a curb-less, door-less shower, soft closing toilet seats and large counter to hold place all your beauty essentials. The blue master bedroom on the ground floor has an en suite bathroom. The green bedroom and pink bedroom share a common upstairs bathroom.

Kitchen

With the rich, traditional colours of the old country, this Goan style kitchen make an inviting environment for both cooking and conversing. The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, 4 ring gas stove, cooking utensils, glassware, crockery and cutlery.

AC in Living Room

The villa has modern sophisticated decor, and incorporates the work of local artists. The living room opens out onto a covered terrace leading into the garden. The living room has a comfortable L shaped sofa for 10 people with a coffee table. Television with Tata Sky and board games are also provided. The superb dining room also seats up to 6 people and leads into the kitchen. To maximise outdoor living on your holiday, a pretty covered pergola shades the sitting facilities, which overlooks the landscaped gardens and pool, great for al fresco dining or having a night cap.

Garden

Enjoying a secure setting with locked gates and a number of places to both relax and play, this villa is the ideal setting for a family or group holiday, offering privacy, peace and quiet in a fantastic location near Calangute beach, only 10 minutes’ walk away. A large lawn area around the swimming pool provides for ample space to lounge around, sun bathe and offers the kids an opportunity to run about. The villa has an outdoor-seated area situated under a wood fashioned pergola - ideal for those poolside BBQ's!

Shared Swimming Pool

The pool is located in front of the villa and the high compound wall offers a degree of privacy as well as a peaceful retreat, and there's even a shaded terrace to escape the midday sun. The 9 metre by 4 meter swimming pool consists of a 4 meter by 2 meter kid's pool. The dilemma is whether to hang around the pool or take a 10 minute walk to the sea and beach! Pool timing are from 8am to 8pm.

Housekeeping & Cooking

Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours which consists of thoroughly cleaning the whole villa. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided and changed twice a week. We have provided you with a self catered villa with cooking facilities but no meals.

We can provide you a professional chef well versed with Indian, Jain, Chinese and Continental cooking for an additional cost. A Chef must be booked at the time of doing the villa reservation. The Chef takes responsibility to ensure that all items, ingredients, vegetables, spices, non-veg, etc are purchased from the local supermarket and bills are given to you where applicable.

Security

The high compound wall offers a degree of privacy as well as a peaceful retreat. Each beach house has a digital safe to keep your valuables secure. The family villa is gated and has a night time security guard that patrols the area. The external grounds of the villa are monitored by CCTV surveillance offering you additional security. The family villa has additional safety and security features such as fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, railings around balconies, outdoor lighting and a First Aid kit for those unexpected small cuts and scrapes. We want to make you feel safe and sound, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay.

Directions to PHASE 3

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Calangute, North Goa. Villa Calangute Phase 3 and 4 are located on Adventure Street. As you enter Calangute via Chogm Road, you will see St. Alex Church at the roundabout. Take left at the DITOSA roundabout, then 1st left again You will pass Azzure Resort on the left hand side. Continue down the road and you will see 2 identical villas on the right hand side. The first villa is phase 4 then the next villa is phase 3 villa, there are 2 lions on the entrance gate. Each villa has a signboard on the gate. Please click the link and print the map.

You can also come to Kamat Holiday Homes Phase 2 and behind this resort you will pass Renzo Guest house and then take a left near DITOSA circle and you will see followed with a sign board of Villa Calangute Phase 3 & 4.

To maintain a peaceful environment, loud music, fireworks, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

No large/mini buses or Tempo Traveller are allowed to enter/park at our villas.

Personal Staff ( eg. drivers, cooks.) are not permitted to stay/sleep inside the villa unless prior paid arrangements are made.

Outsourced chefs must be accompanied by their own dishwashing and service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
