The location is just perfect, if you looking for a perfect holiday destination than this it. The villa we stayed at was exquisite, the rooms were so spacious and bright. Every furniture in the lobby have a story of their own and quite impressive interiors . The staff were friendly and so were the owners. Recommended for a family holiday, we really enjoyed our stay.

Best place for corporate parties and large groups. Amazing place to stay and had a very good time here. From corporate meetings to party at pool was super. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel staff is super helpful and available round the clock. Will recommend to others too and definetly booking this for the next tour de Goa..

6 AC BEDROOMS

This group villa comfortably accommodates up to 18 people, within 6 AC bedrooms and 6 extra mattresses.. Nestled amidst Goa's lush tropical vegetation, the majestic villas are a prime example of Villa Calangute’s craftsmanship and luxurious living. The calming effect of earthy colors and materials transports you to a place of natural surroundings, while the harmonious visual balance is achieved by rustic textures and patterned floors.

Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, one in each villa. Upstairs there are four twin bedrooms, the single beds can be joined together to form a king size bed. All your comforts have been thought about with meshed insect blinds, international plug sockets, ceiling fans, seating, wardrobes, mirrors and bedside tables.

4 BATHROOMS

This contemporary family home has 4 opulent bathrooms with ceramic floor and wall tiles that lend flair to the area. A curbless, doorless shower, soft-closing toilet seats, and a spacious counter to store all of your beauty supplies are among the features. There are 2 attached bathrooms, one on each ground floor of th villa. There is a shared upstairs bathroom between the pink and green bedrooms in Phase 3 and another shared bathroom between the pink and yellow bedrooms in phase 4.

KITCHEN

The kitchens are designed in the Goan style, have the warm, classic colors of the old country, creating a welcoming space for conversation and cooking. A refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, four-ring gas burner, cooking utensils, glassware, china, and cutlery complete the kitchen's equipment.

AC LIVING & DINING ROOM

The gorgeous living and dining areas connect to a relaxed private poolside area and are defined by striking statues. You will find comfort in the lounge area where you and your loved ones may watch a ton of movies together. There are several recreational options to help you de-stress, such as swimming in the pool, relaxing under the gazebo, enjoying cool beverages by the BBQ, playing carom and pool, or curling up with a book in a chair on the balcony.

GARDEN / GAZEBO

With views of the whole property, the terrace is the ideal spot for morning coffee or breezy evening sundowners. Any occasion, big or small, can be celebrated in style with an intimate dinner party or even a revelrous breakfast in an outdoor gazebo area! Come to Villa Calangute and create lifelong experiences.

HOUSEKEEPING & COOKING

Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours which consists of thoroughly cleaning the whole villa. Twice a week, bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels are replaced. You have a self-catered villa with cooking amenities, but no meals are included.

For an extra fee, we can send you apersonal chef who is skilled in Indian, Jain, Chinese, and Continental cuisine. When making a villa reservation, a chef must be reserved. The chef is in charge of making sure that all supplies, including non-vegetables, spices, and vegetables, are bought from the neighborhood grocery store and that you are billed when necessary.

PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL

There's a shaded terrace to avoid the noon sun, and the high compound wall provides a calm haven with some seclusion. The Private pool sits in front of the villa. There is a 4 by 2 meter kid's pool inside the 9 by 4 meter swimming pool. Choosing between lounging by the pool and walking 10 minutes to the beach and sea is the conundrum! The pool is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

SECURITY

Every beach bungalow features an electronic safe to protect your belongings. The family villa is fenced, and a security guard patrols the property at night. You have extra security knowing that the villa's exterior gardens are under CCTV monitoring. A First Aid package for those unplanned little cuts and scratches, smoke detectors, fences surrounding balconies, fire extinguishers, and outdoor lights are among the extra safety and security elements of the family villa. Our goal is for you to have peace of mind during your visit and to feel secure.

These are the standard villa prices for stays between 7th Jan to 19th Dec for year 2025 & 2026. For all long weeekends/bank holidays the minimum stay is 4 nights + full occupancy (no rooms locked) and For X'mas/New Year is 9 nights. For prices between 20th Dec to 6th Jan please call reservation Dept. Directions to PHASE 3 & 4

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Calangute, North Goa. Villa Calangute Phase 3 and 4 are located on Adventure Street. As you enter Calangute via Chogm Road, you will see St. Alex Church at the roundabout. Take left at the DITOSA roundabout, then 1st left again You will pass Azzure Resort on the left hand side. Continue down the road and you will see 2 identical villas on the right hand side. The first villa is phase 4 then the next villa is phase 3 villa, there are 2 lions on the entrance gate. Each villa has a signboard on the gate. Please click the link and print the map.

You can also come to Kamat Holiday Homes Phase 2 and behind this resort you will pass Renzo Guest house and then take a left near DITOSA circle and you will see followed with a sign board of Villa Calangute Phase 3 & 4.

STRICT QUIET HOURS – 9:00 PM ONWARDS. To maintain a peaceful environment, loud music, drums, fireworks, and any excessive noise are strictly prohibited from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Our neighbours include senior citizens, and we respect their rest and health after 9:00 PM. Please note that the High Court’s regulations on noise pollution in Goa are extremely strict for business premises. Any violation will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and immediate eviction.

Hosting events (e.g., weddings, anniversaries, DJ nights, or similar) requires prior government approvals+ INR 40,000 security deposit for noise violations. Kindly contact us in advance for guidance and assistance.

No large/mini buses or Tempo Traveller are allowed to enter/park at our villas.

Personal Staff ( eg. drivers, cooks.) are not permitted to stay/sleep inside the villa unless prior paid arrangements are made.

Outsourced chefs must be accompanied by their own dishwashing and service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Valuables & personal belongings - The management cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Please use the digital locker & secure all doors/windows.
