LOVELY STAY AND VERY CORDIAL STAFF! They kept the fridge stocked all the time for my regular caffeine intake! And oh my god the food service for was absolutely phenomenal! The mutton was better than the best :) Be sure to go there!....

The location is just perfect, if you looking for a perfect holiday destination than this it. The villa we stayed at was exquisite, the rooms were so spacious and bright. Every furniture in the lobby have a story of their own and quite impressive interiors . The staff were friendly and so were the owners. Recommended for a family holiday, we really enjoyed our stay.

Best place for corporate parties and large groups. Amazing place to stay and had a very good time here. From corporate meetings to party at pool was super. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel staff is super helpful and available round the clock. Will recommend to others too and definetly booking this for the next tour de Goa..

The two Villas have a similar, simple yet chic style. With comfortable beds, lush bathrooms and wooden furnishings. No matter which villa you end up staying in, you are promised a peaceful and restful stay with cool air-conditioning bedrooms to keep you comfortable throughout the hot Goa days. This 10-bedroom homely oasis accommodates 30 people, within 10 AC bedrooms and 10 extra mattresses. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floors, with easy access to the gardens and pools, and the remaining 7 bedrooms are on the first floors with balconies and garden views.

8 BATHROOMS

Each of the en suite bathrooms has a huge window that lets in the most light possible, highlighting the stunning rustic tiles with a stone feel that are characteristic of Bali. The niches give it even more refined flair. The floors in two of the bathrooms feature the distinctive pebble effect. The bathrooms are opulent, featuring enormous vanity counters, exquisite Kohler fixtures, and sinks for him and her. There are bathtubs with a rain shower and a separate hand shower in four of the bathrooms. The top floor restrooms in Phase 12 are open-concept. In keeping with the organic design concept, bathroom 5 (a room without a roof) is exposed to the sky. You will therefore be exposed to the outside while using the restroom, vanities, and bathing come rain or shine. Bathroom 6 has a transparent non-tinted glass wall with a shower curtain separating the bathroom and bedroom.

KITCHEN

There are two self-catering kitchens on the ground floor. Featuring a luxurious granite countertop and every requested kitchenware needed to satisfy the complete family. Not to mention the mixer, chapati roller, and pressure cooker—hardware requirements for Indian cooking—as well as a refrigerator, freezer, kettle, washing machine, toaster, microwave, and four-ring gas stove. With kid-friendly crockery, baby cribs, and high chairs available upon request, this vacation rental is perfect for families with young children.

AC LIVING & DINING ROOM

Each villa feels like its own home away from home. The two living rooms are connected by the swimming pool and games area. Villa Calangute phase 2 is the larger of the two, with enough space for everyone in your group to relax and dine together or host a BBQ night and hire the private chef, so many options to choose from, it’s your holiday so you can decide.

GARDEN and Games area

With exquisitely designed gardens, a communal swimming pool, terraces, sun loungers, and an artwork portraying traditional Goan life, the outdoor spaces provide an abundance of privacy. Phases 1 and 2 of Villa Calangute are contained within the wrap-around garden. There's enough room in the backyard for a big family cookout. You also have a pool table, carrom board and foosball table to enjoy.

PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL

The private swimming pool is situated between Villa Calangute Phases 1 and 2. The property is surrounded by a high compound wall that provides some solitude and a tranquil haven. The 9 x 5 meter pool has a kid's pool measuring 2 x 5 meters with a special water feature with Seahorse Showers that shoot water into the pool. Choosing between lounging by the pool and walking two minutes to the beach and sea is the conundrum! The pool is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

HOUSEKEEPING & COOKING

Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours which consists of thoroughly cleaning the whole villa. Twice a week, bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels are replaced. You have a self-catered villa with cooking amenities, but no meals are included.

For an extra fee, we can send you a personal chef who is skilled in Indian, Jain, Chinese, and Continental cuisine. When making a villa reservation, a chef must be reserved. The chef is in charge of making sure that all supplies, including non-vegetables, spices, and vegetables, are bought from the neighborhood grocery store and that you are billed when necessary.

SECURITY

Every lush villa features an electronic safe to protect your belongings. The family villa is fenced, and a security guard patrols the property at night. You have extra security knowing that the villa's exterior gardens are under CCTV monitoring. A First Aid package for those unplanned little cuts and scratches, smoke detectors, fences surrounding balconies, fire extinguishers, and outdoor lights are among the extra safety and security elements of the family villa. Our goal is for you to have peace of mind during your visit and to feel secure.

For all long weeekends/bank holidays the minimum stay is 4 nights + full occupancy (no rooms locked) and For X'mas/New Year is 9 nights. For prices between 20th Dec to 6th Jan please call reservation Dept. Directions to PHASE 1 & 2

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Calangute, North Goa. Take the road towards Kamat Holiday Homes Resort Phase 1, continue down the road until you pass Baskin-Robbins on the right hand side. You will see a travel kiosk called Decathlon Sports Mall on the left hand side, take a right turn here to Holiday Street, the road is leading to Hotel Goan Heritage. Once you drive down Holiday Street, take the turning between Villa Calangute phase 1 and Ondas Do Mar Beach Resort towards hotel Grandeur De Sanchi. Phase 2 is located on the right hand side of the road.
