6 AC Bedrooms

Stylish and spotless our rooms are large, airy and tastefully decorated with stylish wall hangings and pictures. There are 4 king sized beds in this villa, one twin room (which can come together as a double). The 6th bedroom has triple occupancy, ideal to cater for odd numbered groups. All bedrooms have air conditioning. One bedroom is located on the ground floor so is ideal for people with particular mobility requirements.

5 luxurious Bathrooms

The newly refurbished bathrooms are truly stunning, ultra modern and spacious throughout, making it the perfect holiday rental for families. Each contain a hand basin, vanity mirror, western style WC and shower with hot and cold water. The blue master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The downstairs bathroom is next to the lemon bedroom. The green and pink bedrooms have a common bathroom.

Kitchen

The kitchen diner is the multi-functional hub of the house, where the family can congregate to cook and converse. Self-catering offers you with the flexibility to do it yourself, you aren’t restricted to designated meal times. If you want to have a lie in, you can! Wake up at a time that suits you and rustle up a delicious breakfast in your own time or head out and treat yourself to brunch in a local cafe.

AC Living Room

The living room is the central hub of the house; it leads to two bedrooms on the ground floor and the separate kitchen cum dining room. The living room has large customised sofas, so everybody in your group can hang out together watch the HD TV with tata sky or play a board game or read a magazine. The possibilities are endless, you choose.

Garden

The whole villa is immaculately kept, as are the surrounding gardens. The charming garden is very pretty and well-tended and stocked with fruit trees. The large lawn area provides lots of space to run around or just sit back and relax on the sun beds. The separate patio area is ideal for a BBQ, ideal for lazy lunches or warm al fresco dining.

Swimming Pool

The perfectly manicured garden include a very large swimming pool (9 x 5 meters) with a kid’s pool (2 x 5 meters) and sun loungers’ ideal for relaxing at the end of the day with something cold and refreshing. The swimming pool is centrally located between the Phase 1 and Phase 2 and exclusively shared between the two houses. The dilemma is whether to hang around the pool or take a 2 minute walk to the sea and beach! Pool timing is from 8am to 8pm.

Housekeeping & Cooking

Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours which consists of thoroughly cleaning the whole villa. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided and changed twice a week. We have provided you with a self catered villa with cooking facilities but no meals.

We can provide you a professional chef well versed with Indian, Jain, Chinese and Continental cooking for an additional cost. A Chef must be booked at the time of doing the villa reservation. The Chef takes responsibility to ensure that all items, ingredients, vegetables, spices, non-veg, etc are purchased from the local supermarket and bills are given to you where applicable.

Security

The high compound wall offers a degree of privacy as well as a peaceful retreat. Each beach house has a digital safe to keep your belongings secure. The house’s property is gated and has a night time security guard that patrols the area. The external grounds of the house are monitored by CCTV surveillance offering you additional security. The house has additional safety and security features such as fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, railings around balconies, outdoor lighting and a First Aid kit for those unexpected small cuts and scrapes. We want to make you feel safe and sound, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay.

Directions to PHASE 2

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Calangute, North Goa. Take the road towards Kamat Holiday Homes Resort Phase 1, continue down the road until you pass Baskin-Robbins on the right hand side. You will see a travel kiosk called Decathlon Sports Mall on the left hand side, take a right turn here to Holiday Street, the road is leading to Hotel Goan Heritage. Once you drive down Holiday Street, take the turning between Villa Calangute phase 1 and Ondas Do Mar Beach Resort towards hotel Grandeur De Sanchi. Phase 2 is located on the right hand side of the road.

No Smoking inside the villa.

To maintain a peaceful environment, loud music, fireworks, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

No large/mini buses or Tempo Traveller are allowed to enter/park at our villas.

Personal Staff ( eg. drivers, cooks.) are not permitted to stay/sleep inside the villa unless prior paid arrangements are made.

Outsourced chefs must be accompanied by their own dishwashing and service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
