4 AC Bedrooms

Villa Calangute Phase 1 is a superbly located beach villa in Calangute, just 2 minutes walk from the beach, close to all the local amenities, shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, and beauty salons and spas. The beach villa is spread over 2 levels with 4 bedrooms, one of them are on the ground floor (pink bedroom), so ideal for people with particular mobility requirements. All the luxury bedrooms have elegant French windows which lead onto a large balcony. Each balcony has comfortable seating where you can sit down and soak in the sea breeze. The blue bedroom and pink bedroom both have king size beds, whereas the gold bedroom and green bedroom have twin beds (which can come together as a double). All bedrooms are furnished with air conditioning, ceiling fan, seating, wardrobe, mirror and bedside tables.

3.5 Bathrooms

The villa is built in a charming, traditional Portuguese style and is maintained to a very high standard, with new bathrooms throughout. Each bathroom contain a unique luxury Kohler hand basin, vanity mirror, western style WC and rain shower with hot and cold water. The blue master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a separate bathtub room which overlooks Holiday Street, great for having a long soak and people watching. The downstairs bathroom is located next to the pink bedroom. The green and gold bedrooms have a share a family bathroom with roll in shower, over the counter basin and customized laser cut overhead vanity lighting. No design corner has been left unturned throughout this gorgeous property.

Kitchen

On the ground floor, through the living room with a U- Shaped staircase, you lead to a fully fitted self catered kitchen. With lush grey granite worktop and all the desired cookware required to please the whole family. A fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, toaster, microwave, 4 ring gas stove, pots, pans, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are all provided, not forgetting mixer, chapatti roller and pressure cooker, firm essentials for Indian cooking. Child friendly tableware is also available as well as baby cots and high chairs on request, making this an ideal holiday rental for the whole family.

AC Living Room

The spacious bright living area consists of a living room with AC, separate dining room and snug covered veranda. The living room is located on the ground floor and opens out onto a terrace leading into the garden. Seating is available in the front porch so you can overlook the pool activities. The living room sofas, coffee table, 42” television with HD Tata Sky, book library, board games and magazines are also provided. The well lit dining room has a hand carved Portuguese style table with 8 chairs where you can enjoy a home cooked meal, order in from the nearby Restaurant or ask the Villa Calangute Chef to cook you some authentic Goan dishes. With multiple living spaces, this property is a great place to hang out.

Garden

The exterior areas offer plenty of privacy with beautifully landscaped gardens, a shared swimming pool, with terraces, sun loungers and art mural depicting traditional Goan life. The wrap around garden encapsulates both Villa Calangute Phase 1 and 2. There is ample space in the garden to have a family BBQ. The external grounds of the villa are monitored by CCTV surveillance offering you additional security.

Swimming Pool

The Swimming Pool is located in between Villa Calangute Phase 1 & 2. The high compound wall around the property offers a degree of privacy as well as a peaceful retreat. The pool is shared with the next door villa, namely Villa Calangute Phase 2. The 9 meter by 5 meter pool consists of a 2 meter by 5 meter kid’s pool with unique water feature - Seahorse Showers that spout water into the pool causing a sense of delight. The dilemma is whether to hang around the pool or take a 2 minute walk to the sea and beach! Pool timing is from 8am to 8pm.

Housekeeping & Cooking

Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours which consists of thoroughly cleaning the whole villa. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided and changed twice a week. We have provided you with a self catered villa with cooking facilities but no meals.

We can provide you a professional chef well versed with Indian, Jain, Chinese and Continental cooking for an additional cost. A Chef must be booked at the time of doing the villa reservation. The Chef takes responsibility to ensure that all items, ingredients, vegetables, spices, non-veg, etc are purchased from the local supermarket and bills are given to you where applicable.

Security

At Villa Calangute your comfort and security is our main priority. The beach villa has a wardrobe mounted digital safe to keep your valuables secure. The villa’s property is gated and has a night time security guard that patrols the area. The perimeter of the property is surveillance by CCTV offering you additional security. The villa has additional safety and security features such as fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, railings around balconies, outside lighting and a First Aid kit for those unexpected small cuts and scrapes. We want to make you feel safe and sound, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay.

Directions to PHASE 1

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Calangute, North Goa. Take Chogm Road road towards Pizza Hut, continue down the road until you pass Baskin-Robbins on the right hand side. You will see a sports shop called Decathalon on the left hand side, take a right turn here into Holiday Street, the road is leading to Hotel Goan Heritage. Once you drive down Holiday Street, Villa Calangute Phase 1 is on the right hand side of the road, you will see our signage outside.

To maintain a peaceful environment, loud music, fireworks, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

No large/mini buses or Tempo Traveller are allowed to enter/park at our villas.

Personal Staff ( eg. drivers, cooks.) are not permitted to stay/sleep inside the villa unless prior paid arrangements are made.

Outsourced chefs must be accompanied by their own dishwashing and service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
