A. PLUSH CASH can be used against your next stay at Villa Calangute at either the resort or villas. To spend your PLUSH CASH, please use our online instant booking site. You won’t be able to redeem your PLUSH CASH over the phone, emails, and direct bookings or via travel agent bookings.

A. You need to login into the member portal to refer a friend. If you refer a friend, you will earn 10% credit in PLUSH CASH to your account and your friend will receive a 5% discount against their stay. There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer, so the more you refer the more the money will start rolling in, what have you got to lose?

Yes your PLUSH CASH will automatic expire if you don’t collect or spend any PLUSH CASH for a 2 years period starting from January to December, we assume you no longer want to take part in our loyalty program and close your account. We send our emails 6 months before your PLUSH CASH expires as a reminder.

A. No, there is no punch card to worry about misplacing. Instead our PLUSH CASH loyalty system is purely online and recognizes guests by their name, phone number, or username and password.

A. No, sorry PLUSH CASH is Villa Calangute’s exclusive currency and can only be used towards booking your next stay at Villa Calangute via our online member login system. There is no cash value and it can’t be redeemed with any other place or used in conjunction with any other offers.
