Villa Calangute does not accept any liability for any failure by Villa Calangute ply with these Conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. If Villa Calangute waives any rights available to it under these Conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion. If any of these Conditions are invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining Conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force. You are completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of the Site.
The rate for each villas are published on our website at the time of your Booking, or, in the case of a telephone booking as advised to you at the time of booking.
All payments are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise advised by Villa Calangute. If you pay by Credit Card, Debit card or netbanking card then we will charge an additional booking fee of 5 % - 10%. We will not refund the booking fee if you cancel the booking.
You must be able to show photo identification such as a passport or driver's license if you are paying by cash for a walk-in booking at a Villa Calangute.
Session Variables may be used temporarily in your system cache to create ease-of-use during your transaction. All Session Variables are deleted when you log off of www.villacalangute.com website. Examples of such information are automatically produced alphanumeric numbers held during your session on our site to facilitate page-to-page transactions. Your name, email, phone, address, company name or any other identifying information is not stored at any time.
We will only collect personal information from you such as name, address, phone number, email address, etc which you have voluntarily provided to us either by completing registration or enquiry forms or sending emails to us. If you do not wish us to collect your personal data please do not submit it to us. We will only use this data for our business purpose and will not pass it to any third parties without your consent. If you have accepted the booking with us you have also agreed the 50% of the payment initially done during the time of the booking is strictly non-refundable and we stand by it.

When booking on our website or via email, you will be asked to click "I accept" or "Please Confirm" and you will not be able to complete your Booking if you do not do this. This confirms that you accept these terms.
