7 Bedrooms

A perfect place to rejuvenate and reconnect, all 7 bedrooms have double bed. The bedroom suites feature a colour co-ordinates tile design from Portuguese times paying homage to Goa’s ancestral past. Each of the spacious bedrooms are furnished with a ceiling fan, seating, wardrobe and mirror. Towels and linens are provided.

7 Bathrooms

Each bathroom is en suite and features a hand basin, vanity mirror, western style WC and shower with hot and cold water. The bathrooms are brightly lit and beautifully decorated with accent tiles in the shower area.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of crockery and utensils and other appliances such as a fridge, freezer, washing machine and kettle to name a few. Other facilities include iron and ironing board, toaster, microwave and 4 ring gas stove.

Living Room

The living room is combined with the dining and kitchen. The living room has air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer whilst watching your LCD TV screen with Tata Sky. The indoor hammock swing is just a perfect haven to relax.

Garden

The luscious garden surprises and entices you, finally revealing the uniquely shaped villa which magically appears and sets the scene for something special.

Private Swimming Pool

Chill out in the intimate Swimming pool, which is 10 meters by 5 meters with 5 meters by 2 meters kid's pool. The dilemma is whether to hang around the pool or take a 12 minute walk to the sea and beach! Pool timing are from 8am to 8pm.

Housekeeping

House Keeping is done once a day, between 11am and 1pm for making the bed, cleaning the rooms and toilets. Linen and towels are changed twice a week. We have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals. We can help you with the cooking at a nominal charge.

Security

Each villa has a digital safe to keep your belongings secure. The villa property is gated and has a night time security guard. The external grounds of the villa are monitored by CCTV surveillance offering you additional security.

Directions to PHASE 13 & 14

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Calangute, North Goa. As you enter Calangute via Chogm Road, you will see St. Alex Church at the roundabout. At the roundabout take the 1st exit on the left, you will pass by Royal Kaju House (on the right), then 1st left again, you will pass Akal Shawls on the left-hand side. Continue down the road until you reach Ditosa junction. Stop there and on the left hand side is Villa Calangute Phase 10 followed by Villa Calangute Phase 17, 11 and 12. Villa Calangute Phase 13 and 14 are next door to Villa Calangute Phase 10. Villa Calangute Phase 11 is behind Phase 12.

Alternatively if you are coming from Nerul side, you can also come to Decathalon (well-known landmark) and take the 1st right at Babutes Supermarket, continue straight down the road until you reach Ditosa Circle.
